Waivers
Upload your club waiver (admin)
Go to Dashboard > Waivers and upload your liability waiver as a PDF. Give it a clear title; this is the document members will read and sign in the app.
Require it for membership (admin)
With waivers required, anyone joining your club is held in a pending state until they sign. They can log in and see the club, but booking and full membership unlock only once the signature is recorded. Existing members who have not signed are prompted when they open the dashboard.
How members sign (athlete and parent)
Members read the waiver in the app and sign by typing their name, which is rendered as a signature and appended to the PDF as a signature page, together with the signer's name and the date. For minor athletes, the parentsigns on the child's behalf from their own account.
Accept paper copies (admin)
Collected a signature at the front desk? Upload the scanned or photographed copy against that member from the Waivers page. Paper uploads are marked as such and satisfy the waiver requirement just like an in-app signature.
Update your waiver (admin)
Your club keeps one active waiver at a time, so consolidate everything you need signed into a single document. When the text changes, archive the current waiver and upload the new version. Members return to the pending state until they sign it, and every old signature is retained for your records.
Review signatures (admin)
The Waivers page lists every member alongside their status: who signed, when, and whether it was in-app or a paper upload. Search the roster or filter it down to whoever is still unsigned. Click a signed member to read their waiver right in the app, signature page and all, or download the PDF whenever you need it.
Upload your waiver before inviting members. That way every new join flows straight into the signing step and nobody has to be chased down later.
